When you book or make an enquiry through our website we will dispatch two separate e-mails. The first one will be a confirmation that your payment has been received and the second one will be a confirmation that the appropriate vehicle will be sent out for the journey.
However, in the unlikely situation we are unable to cover your journey; a refund will be issued into your account with the full amount so that you can make alternative arrangements with a different operator.
We accept all major debit/credit cards and you either can pay in our website or we will send you a link and a full quote for the required journey. Cash payments are only offered if you are booking through the app which is a pay as you go alternative that we offer to our customers for bookings on short notice.
All drivers should provide you with a receipt at the end of your journey but in case they do not you can email us on help@avoyage.co.uk with your pick up and drop off destination and the price you paid and we will forward you a detailed copy of your receipt.
Yes we work with Stripe and all payments are secured.
Certain prices will differ as making an enquiry through our website it means that we will make sure a vehicle is ready for you at the time you require therefore sometimes they might differ in from the app prices which is a pay as you go alternative we offer and we cannot guarantee that we will have a vehicle ready for you at the time.
Your driver will be in the arrivals waiting for you with a ‘Meet and Greet’ board with the name provided in the booking. You also need to ensure that the phone number provided for the booking is switched on. We will also send a phone number of the driver in case you need to phone the driver or alert him on any changes or delays of your flight.
We advise to be at the airport departures point as early as possible. Our advise is as follows?
- Long flights at least three hours before the flight
- European flights at least two hours before the flight
- UK and Ireland flights at least 90minutes before the flight
Normally we are there waiting for you when you land but we will appreciate if you give us the information of the flight number so we can check what time it lands in case there is any delays as the longer the driver waits for you the more you will get charged for the airport parking.
We do not charge up to 30minutes waiting time for you. However, if your flight is delayed and the driver has to wait for you than we will charge you any additional parking fees and an additional £10 per hour for the driver. The driver will provide you with a receipt and we can write you an e-mail detailing all the charges so that you can claim them from the airline if you need to.
We will need your Flight number, Terminal your flight will land on, Airline name and as much other details you think is best for you to provide to us so we can track the flight.
If you think that the luggage you have needs a special vehicle than please let us know the type of vehicle you think will be suitable for carrying your luggage. Normally if you have one big suitcase a saloon vehicle will be able to carry it, if you have 2 or 3 big suitcases we will recommend an estate car instead, if you have more than 3 big suitcases always request for a 5+ seater vehicle.
Our fleet drivers has been on the trade for over a decade and all of them are DBS checked, all vehicles are CCTV recorded and all the journeys are logged.
We are fully insured for anything that might happen during the journey. Also in case of a breakdown all the drivers are instructed on what they need to do prior to join us. We will also dispatch another vehicle in case of a breakdown.
- All of our fleet driver has been checked by the proper authorities and they are licensed with the proper authorities.
- All our drivers are DBS checked and has passed all the checks from the Criminal Records Bureau
- All our drivers have passed all the medical checks
- All of our driver they hold a full UK driving license

All of our airport transfers are fixed the only difference is when you book a 5+ seater vehicle for prices on this type of transfers please send an enquiry at help@avoyage.co.uk
A one way booking is a single booking from A – B and a Return Booking is a two way journey from A – B and back again. This will guarantee you a vehicle will be ready for you when the time comes.
No you do not need to have an account with us to book or get a quote for a journey. However, creating an account provides an easy way to manage all of your journey bookings in one place.
