Booking Policy
- A-Voyage Cars supply vehicles under the following terms and conditions for all our pre-booked journeys.
All the payments are to be made in advance by bank transfer or payment link sent to your email address or phone number given at the time of booking. We do offer account facilities for Business and Corporate Clients; enquiries to be sent at help@avoyage.co.uk
3.When you contact A-Voyage Cars all quotes provided to the customers will be based on the information you have provided to us. If additional information will be needed we will contact you so that we can make sure everything is in place and quote you accordingly.
- Journeys made during Christmas Day or New Years Day a double rate to our standard rate will be charged at the end of each journey. Journeys made during Boxing Day a time and half of our standard rate will apply at the end of each journey.
- If children will be travelling please make sure you supply a car seat to the driver prior departure, the car seat will be stored with us in case a return journey is provided by us please let the driver know at the end of the journey. This service is free of charge.
- If you require changes to be made during the journey additional price has to be arranged with the driver which should be made to the driver at the time of the agreement.
- If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour than we reserve the right to apply an additional charge of £3.00 per 10 minutes plus any additional extra charges for the car park that has occurred due to the flight delay.
- Should any fouling occur to the vehicle during the journey an additional £80.00 will be charged to the customer who should be paid to the driver at the end of the journey to cover any cleaning costs.
- If no communications has been received by the customer after 3hrs of the scheduled arrival time than A-Voyage Cars will cancel the booking and no refund will be given. This means you will need to rebook and pay the full price of the booking again. The full invoice will be provided so the client can make any claims for the booking to the airline.
- A-Voyage driver reserves the right to deny all types of transportation if client’s behavior poses a threat to the driver, themselves or anyone else at any time during transportation.
- A-Voyage Cars requires 24hrs notice for a full booking cancellation, any other cancellation time frame given to us won’t be accepted and a full charge will be applied.
- Booking with A-Voyage Cars means you are accepting our booking Terms and Conditions, your statutory right will not be affected under the Laws of England and Wales.
